Primary Purpose of the Job
Attend and resolve complex troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on High Voltage Electrical Equipment up to 132KV and associated switchgear on Halul. Direct the work of junior technicians and provide on-the-job training to Nationals.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 6 years of varied installation, maintenance, and repair experience in a power generation and distribution environment within the petrochemical industry.
- Some knowledge of related instrumentation.
- Good knowledge of English and computer applications.
Educational Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education (12 years) followed by 2 years full-time training in electrical trade (equivalent to Diploma).
- Must pass Senior Authorized Electrical Person Test (SAEP) and HV-AEP within stipulated time period.
