Sales & Marketing Specialist (Facilities Management)We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English & Arabic) Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Facilities Management division. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated female professional with a strong background in sales and marketing within the property management, recreation centers, or facilities management sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution to drive business growth and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote facilities management services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management and recreational facilities.Manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and deliver tailored service proposals.Collaborate with operations and technical teams to align service offerings with client requirements.Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to increase market reach.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.Maintain an updated client database and ensure consistent follow-up and client satisfaction.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in facilities management, real estate, or recreational centers.Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).Proven experience in client acquisition and B2B relationship management.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Valid Qatar Driving License.
