Mechanical Engineers & Mechanical Supervisors – Healthcare Projects (Qatar)We are looking for experienced Mechanical Engineers and Mechanical Supervisors to join our team for prestigious hospital and healthcare projects in Qatar. Candidates must have hands-on experience in mechanical systems installation, supervision, and commissioning in healthcare facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical EngineerReview and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and medical gas systems.Ensure mechanical works comply with project specifications, healthcare standards, and international codes.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.Mechanical SupervisorSupervise mechanical site works including installation, testing, and commissioning.Monitor daily progress, manage site teams, and ensure quality workmanship.Resolve technical and site-related issues and enforce safety compliance.Report work progress to Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience (Engineers): Minimum 5–10 years, with at least 2 years in healthcare/hospital projects.Experience (Supervisors): Minimum 5+ years’ site supervision experience, with healthcare project exposure.Knowledge: Familiar with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and healthcare-specific codes.Certification: UPDA/MMUP certification (for Engineers) is an advantage.Skills: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
