Civil Engineers & Civil Supervisors – Healthcare & Hospital Projects (Qatar)We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers and Civil Supervisors to join our team for prestigious healthcare and hospital construction projects in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in civil works and proven experience in delivering hospital/healthcare facilities in the GCC.Key ResponsibilitiesCivil EngineerReview and approve civil/structural designs, shop drawings, and materials.Ensure compliance with project specifications, healthcare codes, and international standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and prepare technical reports.Civil SupervisorSupervise civil site works including finishing, structural, and external works.Monitor daily progress, manage site teams, and ensure quality workmanship.Resolve site issues, enforce safety compliance, and ensure timely completion.Report to the Engineer/Project Manager on work status.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.Civil Engineers: Minimum 7–10 years’ experience, with at least 2–3 years in hospital/healthcare projects.Civil Supervisors: Minimum 5+ years’ supervision experience, with 2 years in healthcare/hospital facilities.Good knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and healthcare-specific codes.UPDA/MMUP certification (for Engineers) is an added advantage.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
