Electrical Engineers & Electrical Supervisors – Healthcare & Hospital Projects (Qatar)We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers and Electrical Supervisors to join our team for hospital and healthcare projects in Qatar. Candidates must have proven experience in electrical systems design, installation, and supervision in healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with GCC and international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical EngineerReview and approve electrical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of power distribution, lighting, UPS, generators, and emergency backup systems.Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, healthcare codes, and international standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.Electrical SupervisorSupervise daily electrical site works, including installation, testing, and commissioning.Monitor progress, manage site teams, and ensure quality workmanship.Resolve technical and site-related issues and enforce safety compliance.Report work progress to Electrical Engineer / Project Manager.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.Electrical Engineers: Minimum 5–10 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare/hospital projects.Electrical Supervisors: Minimum 5+ years’ site supervision experience, preferably with healthcare projects.Knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS) and healthcare-specific electrical codes.UPDA/MMUP certification (for Engineers) is an advantage.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
